God is so faithful. We already knew that, of course, but it’s always incredible to see God’s provision firsthand. That being said, we are thrilled to report our final numbers for Make It Match 2018!
We asked all of you to help us match a $30,000 gift. The Lord overwhelmed us with people who answered that call and they gave $78,500. Added with the $30,000 matched gift, our total donation amount for Make It Match this year was $108,500!
We rejoice and give thanks to God for each and everyone of you who sacrificially gave. Because of you, we witnessed a record-breaking month in giving that will further the Kingdom work around the world.
How Will These Donations Be Used?
As you already know, Doulos is 100% funded by our board of directors. That means that none of the donations we receive are used for administrative purposes.
Instead, every cent of these donations will go to one of the following areas:
- Funding a native pastor in the field
- Supporting existing church plants in other countries
- Furthering our Global Refugee Outreach initiative
That means you can rest assured that your donation won’t be used for office supplies or payroll. Both of those things, as well as all other administrative expenses, come directly from our board of directors.
