Caleb has completed leadership training through The John Maxwell Team and is a certified John Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker. In 2017, he developed LeaderWise Academy, a corporate leadership training program designed to engage millennial employees and bridge the gap between current leaders and the next generation. Caleb is a sought-after speaker, including keynote addresses for high-profile professional conferences.

When Caleb is not meeting with clients or speaking to a crowd, you will likely find him playing with his four children, or traveling with his wife, Sarah. Caleb has had the privilege to serve his Lord Jesus Christ through several mission trips to Southeast Asia, and he is heavily involved with local missions groups in addition to Doulos Partners. Caleb is a member of Christ Fellowship Church in Homewood.
