Carol attended the University of Alabama and was a ‘Crimsonette’ with the Million Dollar Band while there. After graduating she returned to Birmingham and married Kerry Adkins in 1985. They have one son, Gabriel, born in 1994. Carol and Kerry own and operate OnTime Service, providing electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling services in the Birmingham and Mobile areas.

Carol has lived in the Birmingham area her entire life. She has served many non-profits and charities over the years including Church of the Highlands, Kulture City, Children’s Village, Vestavia Hills Chamber of Commerce, Vestavia Hills Athletic Association, Vestavia Christmas Parade, Children’s Hospital, Liberty Park Elementary School and Alzheimer's of Central Alabama.

Carol’s deepest passion is to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ that’s why she is so excited to be part of Doulos Partners. She believes that Jesus is the only answer for this broken world and salvation exists only through Jesus. Carol loves to be a part of the worldwide effort with Doulos Partners to tell people about Jesus.
