Jason Miglin is currently a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church where he also serves as a deacon. He met his wife, Lauren, at the University of Tennessee and they married in July 2010 while both students at UT. Jason, Lauren, and their five boys: Hayes, Lincoln, Walker, Ford, and Jack currently reside in Hendersonville, TN. Jason holds an MBA from Indiana University in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee.

After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Jason and Lauren were called to move to Indiana where Jason would utilize his supply chain degree at Cummins. Shortly after accepting the role at Cummins, Jason and Lauren connected with a church planter in Indianapolis. After meeting with the church planter and his family, they decided to dedicate their time in Indiana to supporting Soma Church. Soma Church has since planted 2 additional neighborhood churches in Indy and supported additional church plants outside of Indianapolis. Jason has always had a heart for church planting and the nations. While at Cummins, he had an opportunity to interact with team members from Nigeria, India, China, Brazil, Australia, Mexico, England, and other countries around the globe which furthered his passion for missions.

Over the last decade but most recently the last few years, God has been calling Jason to pray through co-vocational ministry as they moved back to TN. All work is God’s work and Jason will continue to work at JLL where he leads the Sourcing & Procurement teams on multiple client accounts. Jason oversees the Client Delivery over those accounts, providing expertise to maximize $200M third-party spend and leverage market capabilities to bring quality solutions and cost savings that align with business objectives. Jason is excited that God saw fit to allow him to partner with Doulos Partners as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and serve in this capacity. Until ALL have heard!
