Avani's Story
Avani comes from a Hindu background in India. After her husband left her and her in-laws abandoned her, she had to take care of herself. She became very unhappy, with no one to reach out to for comfort.
Our ministry partner's team member in the area met with Avani, heard her story, prayed with her, and gave her a Bible.
He also encouraged her to trust Jesus to care for her life and attend the fellowship group. Avani felt very blessed that he took the time and interest to stop and hear her story and encourage her.
She began attending the fellowship group and found a new family in Christ of fellow believers. This changed Avani's life! She now turns to God's Word daily to find the inner strength she needs in Jesus.
